MetroPoint Demolition is a Toronto-based, commercial-rated demolition contractor. We take the disciplined systems of large-scale commercial work and bring them to every project, from a downtown office strip-out to a single-family teardown in Etobicoke.
Every project starts with a free on-site assessment, followed by a written scope that calls out permits, Notice of Project filings, disposal and any Designated Substance Survey or asbestos handling required before demolition begins.
