Enquiry privacy

When you submit a demolition enquiry, MetroPoint collects your name, phone number and any optional email, property and project details you provide. We use this information to assess the work and respond to you.

How the form works

The website sends enquiries through its server to our enquiry records and notification system. Authorised personnel use those records for follow-up. The request includes the page and selected service, a request identifier and a broad source label to help us understand the enquiry. Full referrer URLs and contact details are not placed in website measurement events.

Your unfinished draft

This browser tab keeps an unfinished enquiry and its retry identifier in session storage so navigation or an uncertain response does not erase your work. The saved draft is cleared after a confirmed successful submission. Drafts older than a day are not restored. Closing the tab or clearing its session storage removes this local copy. The draft is not sent until you submit the form.

Information to leave out

Please do not include payment details, identification documents, medical information or other sensitive records. This form does not accept file uploads. Arrange any necessary project documents directly with MetroPoint.
